The NVV-App is a comprehensive mobile timetable information tool for various modes of transportation in the Nordhessen region, including trains, RegioTram, trams, buses, AST, and Mobilfalt.

• Please note that the completeness and accuracy of the information cannot be guaranteed.
• To use certain features, the app requires the following permissions:
• • Your location: To utilize "Current position" as start/finish or locate nearby stops.
  • Calendar access: To save connection information in your calendar. Please note that the app only has access to your list of installed calendars and does not read any calendar entries.
  • Read contact details: This permission allows the app to easily transfer address information from your contacts as start/destination points. By selecting a contact, the associated address will be automatically filled in the start/finish field. During the connection search, the address specified in the contact will be used as the start/destination in the query. It's important to note that these permissions are solely used within the app and do not involve reading your call list.
• If you encounter any issues with user account purchases after updating, try resetting your user data by going to "Tickets" - "User account settings" - "Reset".
